Senior Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America
The Litigation Counsel of America is a trial lawyer honorary society whose membership is limited to less than one-half of one percent of all American lawyers. A fellowship in the Litigation Counsel of America is a highly selective honor and by invitation only. Fellows in the Litigation Counsel of America are selected based upon their effectiveness and accomplishment in litigation, both at the trial and appellate levels, and their superior ethical reputation.

Members of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum must be Life Members of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and must have acted as principal counsel in at least one case, which has resulted in a multi-million dollar verdict, award or settlement.

Member, Million Dollar Advocates Forum
The Million Dollar Advocates Forum is recognized as one of the most prestigious groups of trial lawyers in the United States. Forum membership acknowledges excellence in advocacy, and provides members with a national network of experienced colleagues for professional referral and information exchange in major cases. Members of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum must have acted as principal counsel in at least one case in which their client has received a verdict, award or settlement in the amount of one million dollars or more.

“Best attorney” Lifetime Charter Members are extraordinary lawyers with an extraordinary level of legal expertise, competency, professional reputation, professionalism and ethical standards the highest standards that Rue Ratings’ Best Attorneys of America has personally invited that chosen attorney to be a Lifetime Charter Member. “Best Attorney” Lifetime Charter Membership is limited to 100 attorneys in each state. The process is incredibly selective and only an elite few are invited to join the Distinguished Justice Advocates. Specifically, less than half of 1% of practicing attorneys in the United States are, or will be members and recipients of this prestigious recognition. And they will have demonstrated the highest ideals of the legal profession.
